The structure of the seminar is a highly balanced program combining the teaching of best practice principles while fully engaging all attendees in real life situational role-plays and break out sessions. After learning each best practice principal in order to become a top producer our students will then be fully engaged in a variety of role-play activities in both the classroom environment and in breakout sessions based upon their background and experience level. Our students will learn and master the dialog necessary to successfully interact and engage confidently with both clients and candidates. Throughout the program and the role-playing sessions they will learn how to create dynamic scripts and handle responses to objections which will project passion, excitement, confidence and determination when speaking with either a client or a candidate. They will also learn how to turn a "no" into a "yes"!
