With 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, Sharon Kelch launched Top Tier Talent & Training together with her husband and business partner, Tim Kelch - providing the most superior expertise in talent and training to the staffing industry. 

Prior to creating Top Tier Talent & Training, Sharon founded her own executive search company in 1997, S.L. Kelch and Associates. Here, she cultivated her specialty in Engineering and Manufacturing Management. At the same time, Sharon traveled with Tim, assisting in the training and development side of his explosive business.

In 1995, Sharon moved to Cincinnati where she successfully transitioned to an Executive Recruiter on the search side of the staffing business, specializing in Engineering and Manufacturing Management. Here, she broke the long-standing “Rookie Record”, a merit previously held by none other than Tim Kelch.

Previous to her move, she was recruited in 1992 to join the Accounting/Finance division of the world’s largest staffing firm to manage the temporary/contract and executive search side of the business for the Baltimore division. After the first year, she was promoted to Area Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region where she was recognized during three consecutive years for her new and innovative marketing ideas.

Sharon began her career in 1983 working for the top franchise of a national staffing firm in the Baltimore, Maryland area specializing in the temporary/contract side of the business. She quickly made a name for herself by breaking all previous records for her position as a Staffing Consultant. As a result she was quickly promoted to an outside sales position. Her success ultimately led to the promotions of Branch Manager, District Manager and Operations Manager in Administrative Staffing in the Mid Atlantic region as well as catapulted her as an expert in the training and staffing industry.
